Professional Negligence

The Professional Negligence Team specialise in representing clients in high value and complex claims. We regularly represent both corporate clients and individuals in litigating claims Solicitors and Barristers where the advice provided has been inadequate or incorrect and our clients have suffered a significant financial loss as a result.

Our clients are located all over the world and many are corporate, individual or institutional investors in the UK Property market where they have relied on the advice of their legal representatives in the UK to protect their investment, and that advice has proved to be harmful to the client.

Many of the cases we advise on have potential issues around limitation together with alleged fraud, concealment and wrongdoing.

We have represented and advised on several multi-Claimant cases in Property Investment schemes worth tens of millions.

Our clients appreciate our Partner led approach which is robust and no-nonsense. We provide clear advice and work with our client’s to develop a litigation strategy from the outset. Everything we do from then in, is intentionally designed to achieve the preferred litigation outcome whether that is a settlement, mediation or proceeding to full trial.

Our team is well known within the Professional Negligence space and in particular amongst the small handful of firm’s who typically represent Law firm’s in these claims on behalf of their insurers.
