Sometimes our individual clients are unlawfully dismissed after they have made a protected disclosure known as whistleblowing and we have particular expertise in dealing with these cases. We also have huge experience in helping employees who have been bullied, harassed or have simply fallen out with their line manager.

We are also experts in issuing employment tribunal claims, as well as assisting with mediation and dispute resolution with the aim of quickly settling disputes.

Many of our individual clients are sometimes issued with settlement agreements as part of an exit strategy and this is an area where our employment solicitors can provide assistance and, in some circumstances, can negotiate a better deal.
