Senay Talat – Senior Associate

Senay joined Meaby in January 2019 as a Senior Associate solicitor where she jointly heads up the New Build Residential property department. She is based in the Chigwell office.

Senay has extensive experience working with some of the largest National house builders and acting for first time buyers and investors buying a new build property, whether this is an “off plan” plot or fully constructed.

She also advises on Government Schemes such as Help to Buy and Help to Buy ISAs. She also covers residential areas including purchase and sale transactions both freehold and leasehold property and remortgage work.

Senay prides herself in working efficiently to provide the best service to her clients and all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction which is key when purchasing your property.

Senay is fluent in Turkish.
