Chris is a Managing Partner and leads the firms Property and Asset Team.

Chris has a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property acquisition and disposal with a particular emphasis on high-value, complex transactions principally in the West End and City of London.

He has, for many years, represented a wide range of clients including ultra high net worth individuals, property developers, international investors, estate agents and businesses acquiring or disposing property.

Chris separately works closely with Chris Waters (Managing Partner leading the firm’s Litigation Team) in relation to Asset Management, Asset Recovery and Asset Disposal and Acquisition in relation to complex International Litigation.
