Beth deals with sales and purchases of both commercial and residential property. She is predominantly based in our Chigwell office in Essex.

Beth is a trainee solicitor who deals with all aspects of property law.
She specialises in the Leasehold Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and Landlord and Tenant work under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
Beth also assists Partner Nicky Cleightonhills with development work.
She has a first class law degree and is currently completing her Legal Practice Course.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys travelling and swimming.
