We are delighted to welcome Dominic Danvers and Zahra Shah to the Meaby family.

Dominc is based in our Soho office and is Head of our Leasehold Enfranchisement department and has a broad range of residential property expertise having worked in both the private and public sector. He acts for both landlords and tenants including: high-net-worth individuals; investors;  developers; and companies. His clients are based in the UK and abroad. His areas of specialism are:

  • Statutory and non-statutory lease extensions for flats and houses
  • Statutory freehold acquisitions (including ‘Collective Enfranchisement’) of flats and houses
  • The Right of First Refusal
  • The Right to Manage
  • Service charges
  • Other related landlord and tenant matters
  • High-end residential property sales and purchases

Zahra has joined us as a property solicitor and is based in the Chigwell office. Zahra advises on a wide range of property work for property investors, developers, high net worth individuals and companies. Her areas of specialism include acting on:

• The acquisition and disposal of commercial property both freehold and leasehold
• High value freehold and leasehold residential property transactions
• New build properties in central London
• Property portfolio management
• All landlord and tenant matters
• Lease extensions and buying freeholds under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967
• Auction sales
• The grant and assignment of commercial leases for office and retail use in the West End
• Deeds of rights to light
