Sarah has extensive expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership transactions and plot purchases.
She also has experience handling high net worth matters, including acting on freehold purchases with values in excess of £4.5 million.
Her broad experience enables her to manage a wide range of transactions with confidence and precision.
In a previous role, Sarah built strong client relationships, including acting for a property developer on a large housing development.
She was responsible for progressing plot sales on the site and has a proven track record of retaining clients who continue to instruct her across roles, reflecting her commitment to providing a trusted and consistent service.
