Developing her professional knowledge of commercial property since 2020, MJ joined the firm in 2024 as a paralegal in the commercial property team.
She balanced full-time work with part-time studying for her law degree, demonstrating a clear commitment to professional development and excellence.
Prior to working at Meaby & Co, MJ was part of a leading international law firm in London.
Through this work, she gained an awareness of the range of complexities that can affect the legal position of a variety of clients.
In her time at Meaby & Co, MJ has demonstrated a keen aptitude for commercial and residential property matters, establishing herself as a reliable point of contact for clients.
She is currently preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) while continuing to build her experience across a range of transactions, including transfers of equity, acquisitions and disposals, lease extensions and variations, secured lending and the negotiation and management of commercial leases.
