Annie has over 17 years of experience as a solicitor since she qualified in 2009.
For eight years, she worked at one of the UK’s top 15 conveyancing firms, where she honed her commercial property skills.
During this time, she amassed a wealth of experience with sales and purchases, including leasehold and freehold transactions, transfer of equity, shared ownership, new builds, remortgages, bridging finance, surrender and re-grant of leases, deed of variations and licences.
Annie also provides legal advice in layman’s terms to ensure that her clients are fully informed.
