Ryan is one of our partners, specialising in litigation and Higher Court advocacy.
Ryan joined us in 2024 after honing his skills working across an array of criminal solicitor firms.
This experience makes him a fountain of knowledge for any civil and criminal disputes.
He has a broad and extensive litigation experience advising on commercial, construction and intellectual property disputes alongside corporate and criminal investigations.
Ryan regularly advises commercial landlords, developers, residential landlords, managing agents and leaseholders on complex and high-value property disputes.
His previous background in regulatory and criminal matters provides a unique perspective when advising on regulatory obligations in a property context.
While Ryan enjoys all aspects of his job, he takes a particular interest in commercial litigation.

5* Exceptional service and perseverance after a complex case
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to you and everyone involved at Meaby & Co for all your support, hard work and commitment throughout this process.
After eight long years, HMLR have finally removed the restriction, and for the first time in eight years, I am legally able to sell my home. I honestly cannot put into words what this means to me and my daughter. It has been such a long and difficult journey, and to finally reach this point lifts a weight off our shoulders that we have carried for far too long.
Your support, guidance and perseverance have meant more to me than I can properly express. Knowing that we had people willing to stand alongside us and help us work towards this outcome has made a real difference, and I will always be grateful for everything you have done to help get us here.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Jack B, who was a resident here and who acted for us throughout this matter, working alongside you during the whole process. Jack’s involvement, dedication and support have been invaluable, and I am incredibly grateful to both of you for the time and effort you have put into helping us achieve this result.
This is about so much more than simply being able to sell a property. For me and my daughter, it represents freedom, closure and the opportunity to finally move forward with our lives after eight years of uncertainty. I hope you can appreciate just how much this means to us.
Please pass on my thanks to anyone else at Meaby & Co who has contributed along the way. Your help will never be forgotten, and I truly appreciate everything you have done for us.
With my very best wishes and heartfelt thanks,
Melissa L
