Family Solicitor

We are currently looking for a Family Solicitor to join our team to start as soon as possible.

As a well-regarded full-service law firm based across 5 office in London, Surrey and Essex we are now looking for an experienced family solicitor to join our Dorking office and help grow our team. Our distinctive one firm ethos approach ensures that every client benefits from exceptional legal expertise, regardless of location. By sharing work across our offices, we are able to match each matter with the specialist best suited to deliver the highest quality service.

The role is an exciting opportunity to grow a team and be integral in developing the firm’s presence in this space. Ideally, we are looking for someone senior to join us initially as a Senior Associate/Legal Director on a pathway towards Partnership as our Head of Family.

What we are looking for:

Experienced family law specialist with a background in all aspects of family law.
Experience providing tailored advice to HNW clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and private individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Experience across all aspects of childcare law.
Established track record of developing business and maintaining strong, trusted client partnerships.
Ambitious professional with a strong desire to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of growing a team.

The successful candidate will be working within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy.

Hybrid working arrangements will be considered after an initial probation period.
