Edward Chuck

Edward specialises in residential and commercial property matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, lease extensions, new-build plot sales and acting for both buyers and sellers on small scale residential developments.

He acts for individuals buying their first homes, current owners moving house, buy-to-let investors, builders, property developers, and businesses taking leases of office or shop space.

Edward finds the most enjoyable part of his job is forming long lasting client relationships – the majority of his instructions come from repeat or directly referred clients.

Away from the office Edward is a keen runner, serving as Men’s Team Captain for Dulwich Runners AC, competing in road, track, and cross-country races.
