Edward has been with us since 2022, specialising in residential and commercial property matters.
He acts for individuals buying their first homes, current owners moving house, buy-to-let investors, builders, property developers and businesses leasing for office or shop spaces.
Additionally, he works with freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, lease extensions, new build plot sales and acting for both buyers and sellers on small-scale residential developments.
Edward finds the most enjoyable part of his job is forming long-lasting client relationships, with most of his work coming from repeat or directly referred clients.
His clients regularly compliment him on his knowledge, experience, efficiency and patience.
Living locally, a large proportion of his work involves properties within Dulwich, Camberwell and Herne Hill, though he regularly travels across London for his work.
