Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking for a qualified, experienced commercial property solicitor to join our team.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Auction sales
• Drafting leases including subleases and underleases
• Drafting licences
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Title Reports
• Disposal of leasehold and freehold property
• Acquisitions
• Dealing with unregistered land
• Drafting Telecommunication leases
• Advice on Deed of Surrender and Deed of Variation on acquisitions
• Drafting various Overage Agreements
• Advising on forfeiture provisions
• Advising on expired commercial leases (periodic tenancies/trespassers/mesne profits)
• The successful candidate will be working independently within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy.

Hybrid working arrangements will be considered after an initial probation period.
