Kathryn Winster – Solicitor and Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement

Kathryn advises both landlords and tenants in all areas of leasehold enfranchisement, primarily under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. She also deals with right to manage claims under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and freehold sales and purchases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

Kathryn’s clients range from individual tenants, groups of leaseholders and companies to investment landlords and developers and she has excellent working relationships with expert surveyors who specialise within this technical area of law.
