Jamela is also experienced in employment matters acting for both employee and employer in disputes negotiating settlements and guiding clients through the stages of the dispute.
She believes that at the outset you should have a road map as to where the client wants to end up and work to achieving this goal.
She also has experience in Inheritance Act Actions including contesting the validity of the will and protecting the estate from such claims.
Outside of work Jamela enjoys socialising and going to the theatre and cinema.
Jamela values personal service and direct lines of communication. In addition she considers it key to look at alternative means of resolving disputes which is in line with the courts practice – but explaining to the client and guiding them through this process but only if the deal is in the best interests of the client balancing all factors.
