Meaby & Co Solicitors support first Chigwell International Women’s Day Celebrations

On Sunday 8 March 2020, over 80 women from across Chigwell attended the Chigwell International Women’s Day Celebrations 2020 (IWD) supported by Meaby & Co Solicitors.

 

The theme of Chigwell’s IWD celebrations was #EachforEqual which highlighted the important message that an equal world is an enabled world and collectively as a Chigwell community each one of us can help to create a gender equal world. The celebrations were held at Victory Hall, Hainault Road where panel members speaking at event included Joanna Gamper Cuthbert, Celina Jeffcoate (Chigwell Residents’ Association), Sukhvinder Kathuria (Techgirls), Anju Solanki (MEA Consulting) and Neena Lall OBE. The celebrations also recognised the “Chigwell Women of Achievement 2020”, a shortlist of inspiring Chigwell based women who are making a positive and significant difference in their personal or professional pursuits. Nicky Cleightonhills, partner at the Meaby & Co (Chigwell office)  was invited to present the awards to recipients.
