Lasting Power of Attorney
| Advising Donor on effects and execution of Lasting Power of Attorney and drafting either Property & Affairs or Health & welfare | £450 |
| Advising Donor on effects and execution of Lasting Power of Attorney and drafting both types of Lasting Power of Attorney | £700 |
| Registering Lasting Power of Attorney where no 3rd parties are to be notified (required in order for it to be used by Attorneys) | £250 |
| Registering Lasting Power of Attorney where up to 3 nominated parties are to be notified (required in order for it to be used by Attorneys) | £300 |
