Our People

Michael Mulot

Michael joined Meaby & Co in May 2002, transferring the remainder of his training to the firm. He qualified in July 2002 and was made up to partner (now a principal in the LLP) in July 2004.

Michael leads the property team in London, dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial property work. Michael’s clients range between large and small scale developers, corporate bodies and organisations, and individual buyers and sellers.

Bruce Streather

As principal Bruce Streather has successfully managed the increasingly rapid expansion of the Firm, He is a general practioner though directs most of his attention to company/commercial work.

Bruce has been married to Geraldine since 1973 has 3 daughters and is an enthusiastic Christian and occasional golfer.

Christopher Sarsfield

Chris joined Meaby & Co as a trainee solicitor in April 2002 and was made up to a partner (now principal in the LLP) in July 2005.

Chris specialises in residential (leasehold and freehold) and commercial property matters. He has a strong client base which includes individuals and businesses.

Guy Setford

Guy is principal and founder and heads up our Guildford office. He has broad experience in residential and commercial property matters.

He acts for a range of clients many of them developers and investors or high worth clients.

He has built his own property portfolio and is always on hand to discuss anything from rental yields to the impact of HIPS.

Peter Russell

Peter joined Meaby & Co as a trainee solicitor in 2004 and was made up to a principal in the LLP in July 2007.


Peter leads the private client team in London and specialises in all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Elderly client's affairs, IHT Planning and Trusts. Peter also deals with residential and commercial property 

Jeremy Galman

Jeremy joined as a trainee in January 2007, and is now a qualified solicitor dealing with property and wills and probate. Jeremy’s main specialism is in litigation where he is concentrating on building a broad ranging practice dealing with property (including landlord and tenant), contract disputes, debt recovery, and contentious probates.
