Ryan joined the firms as a trainee in April 2010.
Meaby & Co conducts training contracts in such a way that trainees manage their own files under
the supervision of the partners. Rather than dividing the training contract into separate seats, the
trainees practice several seats concurrently throughout the two year training period, thereby
optimising their experience and proficiency.
