The price of good quality legal advice and service varies greatly and it is rarely the case that the cheapest quote or estimate will serve clients the best.

We pride ourselves on our reputation and we draw our work not through the payment of referral fees to estate agents and other introducers but through the recommendations we receive from the companies with whom we deal on a regular basis, and on recommendations made by past and present clients.

Whilst the figure we offer you for our services may in some cases be an accurate estimate, we do not hide additional charges for, say, completion of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms, or leasehold work.

In many cases we are able to save clients money by discussing their needs over the telephone to find out precisely what it is they need advice on. Please therefore feel free to call to discuss your specific requirements.

Alternatively, if you would like to send a brief email explaining the circumstances surrounding your matter (including details of any mortgage either to be obtained or paid off, the likely length of any chain, the value of the properties concerned and whether the properties are leasehold or freehold and their location) we would be more than happy to email some figures through to you.

We do appreciate that some clients need assistance out of normal working hours and on that basis we have established an online fee calculator, offering not only our level of charges but also the likely total of any disbursements (things payable to third parties – search costs, tax etc).
